Roseann Bassler Dal Pra, who is an associate of the firm, received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Dickinson College in 1992 and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1996. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Dal Pra served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr., a judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, from 1996-1997. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate at Holland & Knight, LLP.

Roseann is admitted to the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
