Roseann Bassler Dal Pra, who is an associate of the firm, received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Dickinson College and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.  Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Dal Pra served as law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr., a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate at Holland & Knight, LLP.
